I guide and share a complete unified practice consisting of all elements of yoga. A lot of what I share is unique in many aspects, like moving all joints in all directions of mobility within one practice.

I like to ensure that my classes are physically and energetically balanced, with focuses on both strengthening and stretching.

I share a variety of internal methods including inner alchemy, visualization, meditation and being fully conscious in each asana.

My classes are slow flow Hatha based. They are flexible in the sense that I modify and adjust accordingly, and I also tend to give a variation of poses within a particular pose to cater for all levels!

I have a strong, focused character which rubs off in my classes.  I intend to share the full message of yoga - moving towards complete unification, balance and control on every layer of our being.
