A lot of what I share is unique in many aspects, like moving all joints in all
directions of mobility within one practice.

classes are slow flow Hatha based. They are flexible in the sense that I modify
and adjust accordingly, and I also tend to give a variation of poses within a
particular pose to cater for all levels!
