I found my personal yoga practice in 2000 and went on to deepen my love for yoga by studying through The British wheel Of Yoga, completing my 200 hour hatha yoga teacher training in 2003 and 100 hour vinyasa in 2004.  I have been passionately teaching since. 
Kerry’s classes are a blend of vinyasa and hatha, keeping a strong emphasis on physical alignment,  core strength and breath awareness, as well as conscious intention to promote ease and stability in each pose. Her goal is to help students find and maintain a peaceful mind and body.
