I started doing yoga at university, around the same time I tried interpretative dance. I quit interpretative dance after two classes, much to the relief of the teacher, but the yoga stuck. Years later, it has become a passion that continues to evolve.
No two yoga classes are the same. Each offers a unique opportunity to come to a greater understanding of your body and the way you approach life. But, for me, the result is always the same – a sense of peace that enables me to go back out into the world with an open mind and an open heart.
Whether you are coming to yoga in search of a healthier body, a more balanced lifestyle, or simply a few minutes each day spent focussing solely on yourself in the company of like-minded yogis, it is my aim to provide you with a space that is fun and regenerative.
