James has been teaching yoga since 2006 and is a twice certified yoga
instructor (Hatha Basics and Jivamukti) and a current Iyengar Yoga teacher
trainee in his 4th year of training. In addition to the physical practice he
has passion for meditation and mindfulness and runs trainings for individuals
James sees the yoga practice as a discipline for training the body
and mind and his teaching focuses on getting a strong foundation in the
fundamental principles of asana.
