Dani started her yoga journey in 2013 - for a guy. He did yoga, and suddenly so did she. Before she knew it, she was practising four or five times a week.
She did gymnastics as a child, and has played with various other ways of moving her body since then, but nothing got to her quite like yoga did. She continued practising and it only made sense to do her teacher training in 2015 following which she realised how completely in love she was with moving her body and that she loved moving her body so much.
She hopes to get students to explore the way she does with strong and experimental classes that are each unique.
You will learn to move in very different ways in her class - it's a dance with your body, rather than just movement - with exciting sequencing and room to challenge yourself.
