Yoga teacher Sam Morrison at Yoga Warrior

All I wanted was to find balance in my life, little did I know that four and a half years later not only would I keep finding this balance but also a whole world of discovery for myself. There is not one yoga class I do or teach that I don't learn something new about myself or the students.

I haven't become a tree-hugging vegan hippy, I'm still far too obsessed with fashion, make-up and stilettos, however through Yoga I've become more open minded and feel the need to learn and absorb more about the people around me as well as myself. Yoga has taught me to love the body I have, to be more compassionate and self-controlled and to believe that if you can breath you can do anything. 

My favourite asana is Dancers pose. Why? Because to do Dancer's pose you need balance, strength and patience and from these, you can do the most beautiful and graceful pose that opens your heart and this is how I want to live each and every day.
