In this module, you will learn two cleansing practices (shatkarmas) as well as be provided with all the tools to do so. This will help you rebalance your system and start the process of purifying your body as well as your mind. These practices have been shown to improve concentration, energy levels and fatigue as you are learning to work from your own unique system.

As we progress with the Yoga Nidra practice, you will start moving deeper within the first few stages and start to master the art of awareness and fishing out the initial limitations that are preventing you from going deeper

  • Learn purification processes that will serve in the space of detoxing your body, cleaning your colon and helping you become more connected to your body
  • Release acid, toxins and waste from your system on an emotional and physical level
  • Learn how to connect with your body on a deeper level
  • Understand how to move slowly through the Yoga Nidra process and experience releasing of negative beliefs on a deeper more unconscious level
