Revitalise Your Soul – a 5 week Yoga For Moms Workshop has been especially created for Moms who love, guide and teach their families the valuable lessons of life on a daily basis. The workshop will be presented by resident Yoga Warrior teacher, Nadine Hurwitz.  Nadine is a mother of 4 young children, teaches yoga and is a freelance marketing consultant. She therefore understands and appreciates what Moms do everyday, and how little time we dedicate to ourselves.
Moms need to care for themselves, to keep their bodies in good shape and rebuild the physical strength and flexibility they once enjoyed. Moms need time out for mental well-being, to achieve inner centeredness and purpose. Yoga offers vitality, self-renewal and relaxation, enabling the enjoyment of a more satisfying and rewarding experience as a mother.
