completing a degree in Sport Psychology, I found myself in a yoga class in
order to release stresses of life and to gain flexibility and strength. Not
long after that I completed a 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Republic and a
300 hour training in Bali at Santosha Yoga in traditional yoga, vinyasa yoga
and yin yoga.
I have been sharing the beauty and self-love yoga has
brought into my life in studios, schools and with friends and family. I
like to bring a sense of play and going with the flow to the yoga mat and into
my daily life.
