Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Sarah has recently relocated to Johannesburg and hopes to share her special style of yoga teaching that she learned in the U.S.

Sarah’s style of Hatha Flow yoga is a balanced combination of sustained poses (Hatha) and poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another (Vinyasa). Mindfulness, meditation and observing the connection between breath and body are integral to her classes. Students can expect a practice filled with energy for a good physical workout blended with a sense of calm for balance.
