The Science of Yoga – Satyananda 3-part Workshop with Jivananda


Throughout this 3-module workshop you will learn about the science of yoga and how to take the wisdom from the sages and implement specific poses, breathing practices and purifying processes into your life and how to withdraw the senses using scientifically proven techniques.

This workshop is for everyone who is on the path of self-development and wanting to change and contribute change to society. These workshops also aim to provide you with a fundamental base of what yoga is and how to make this practical for you and where you are at. Yoga means union and that is what I am proposing to you…

To love with our whole hearts even though there is no guarantee, to practice gratitude and joy in those moments of terror when we are wondering can I love you this much, can I believe in this as passionately, can I be this fierce about this, just to stop and instead of catastrophizing about what might happen and to rather say I am just so grateful, because to feel this vulnerable means that I am alive. And the last, which is the most important – to believe we are enough.”
