Yoga for Cyclists Workshop - February 2016 

In conjunction with CycleZone, situated next door at 160 Jan Smuts, we are hosting 2 introductory yoga sessions specifically for cyclists.

These sessions will provide an overview of the benefits of yoga in sport and will include some sequences designed to alleviate tightness in the shoulder, lower back, sacrum, hips and hamstrings.

Time: 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Place: CycleZone studio (in next door building)
