Yin/Yang Yoga Course

Thursday lunchtimes 12.30 - 1.30pm, starting 5th May for 4 consecutive weeks.

This 4-week course combines elements from a Sarah Power's teacher training that Lucy attended in Greece. The course will include:

  • Generating a strong intention and motivation
  • Breathing for stress relief
  • Yang sequences to bring strength and flexibility to the musculature of the body
  • Yin poses for stretching the fascia and releasing deeper blocks
  • Yin sequences for organ health (kidneys, lungs, bladder, heart, liver etc) and for facing challenges with grace
  • Mindfulness practices to draw body, heart and mind together
  • Dedicating the benefit we gain to help those around us.

Date:            Starts Thursday 5th May 2016 for 4 weeks

Time:           10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m 

Cost:            R350 for 4 classes or R100 per class
